When a User registers for an account, we will collect the Users name, email address, username and password. We may also collect a telephone and mobile number, and a profile photo. If you are a posting a property for rent or rooms for rent, we will also collect the property name, property address, property website address, property contact number, property description and property photos. This information is displayed on the Site
If you contact us with questions or to request information, we will collect the personally identifiable information that you voluntarily transmit with your communications to us. If you register an account or signup to receive our newsletters, we will collect your email address to send you our newsletters.
How we use data we collect
How we use the information we collect depends in part on which services you use, how you use them, and any preferences you have communicated to us. Below are the specific purposes for which we use the information we collect about you:
- Purchase of items via the Site including a subscription package
- Granting Users access to their User Dashboard
- Sending out booking requests

If you upload images to this Site, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website could download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Third party social plugins

As a result of this, you may send to the third party the information that you are viewing on a certain part of the Site. If you are not logged into your account with the third party, then the third party may not know your identity. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers for the purposes outlined above.

Our Site may contain links to other websites of interest. It may also contain links to online booking engines which are accessed by clicking on the “book direct” button on the property pages. Once you have used these links to leave our site, you should note that we do not have any control over other websites. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting such sites, and such sites are not governed by this privacy statement. You should exercise caution and look at the privacy statement applicable to the website in question.
Changing or deleting your data
If you have an account on this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
For Users that register on our Site, we also store the personal information Users provide in their user profile. All Users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time. Website administrators can also see and edit that information. To permanently delete your information, login into the User dashboard, go to My Profile and click the ‘Delete My Account’ link at the bottom of the page. All your data will then be erased. Please note: If you are a subscriber with a live advert and have time left on your subscription, and you click on the ‘Delete My Account’ link, your advert will be deleted together with your records and no refunds will be due in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
Our policy towards children
This Site is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 16. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with Personal Information without their consent, he or she should contact us. If we become aware that a child under 16 has provided us with Personal Information, we will delete such information from our files.
